YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE and the kansas entrepreneurship challenge

Entrepreneurship challenge

(Competition opens jan 1st)

The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (YEC) series is an initiative of NetWork Kansas'

E-Community Partnership and gives Kansas middle (7th & 8th graders) and high school students hands-on experience thinking entrepreneurially.

Camp Destination Innovation is a proud collaborator, helping to organize local competitions to engage youth in the greater Wichita, KS metropolitan area.

Students pitch their business plans to a team of judges in this competition for top honors, cash awards, and the opportunity to compete at the state level. They gain invaluable feedback from judges focused on helping them develop their ideas and hone their business skills.

We host this competition every year!

Competition opens on VentureDash - January 1

In-person Trade show & Finals - March 1

How can you help with YEC?

You can join  as a judge or a sponsor for Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge! We are looking for judges in the Entrepreneurship or business industry that would like to give feedback to help students develop their ideas and continue to hone their business skills. We are also looking for food and prize sponsors.
