Urban Wichita–Youth
Entrepreneurship challenge (YEc)
The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (YEC) series is an initiative of NetWork Kansas'
E-Community Partnership and gives Kansas middle (7th & 8th graders) and high school students hands-on experience thinking entrepreneurially.
Camp Destination Innovation is a proud collaborator, helping to organize local competitions to engage youth in the greater Wichita, KS metropolitan area.
Students pitch their business plans to a team of judges in this competition for top honors, cash awards, and the opportunity to compete at the state level. They gain invaluable feedback from judges focused on helping them develop their ideas and hone their business skills.
We host this competition every year! See our 2026 dates below!
